Krishna Shastri is a seasoned academic and design professional with over 40 years of experience. She was Professor and Dean at CEPT University’s Faculty of Design and led the Design Innovation and Craft Resource Centre (DICRC). Currently, she serves as Acting Dean and Chairman of the Board at Auro University School of Design. Shastri holds a Diploma in Architecture from CEPT and a Master’s in Architecture & Urban Design from Washington University, Missouri. During her 12 years in the U.S., she contributed to curriculum and infrastructure development for community colleges. She also founded and led CEPT’s School of Interior Design for over 20 years and has been a visiting professor at the University of Kentucky and the University of Cincinnati.
